Is There Any Downside?
This would not be a complete Panic Away review without touching the downside of this program. I dont actually find any real problem with this program, but if I had to complainyes, it takes some time and effort to fully implement the program and get your desired results.
Another thing about Panic Away that could probably be hindering to some people is its information. Joe puts a lot of scientific proofs and detailed explanation about various aspects of anxiety and panic attacks that might be too much for average person.
However, I fully understand that his intention is to bust misleading myths and provide you with proven method, But to be fair my daughter has gone through the programme with a little help from me ad she did understand most of it.
Final Note?
Although Joe is not a qualified doctor or psychologist, theres a reason why hes probably the best person to deliver this kind of program. Think about it this way If you wanted to learn to swim, would you prefer to learn from Michael Phelps(Olympic Medalist) or a sport science PhD?
The answer is obvious, so heres the thingyou should learn from people who had been sinking and now swimming, rather than from people who have never wet his head in the water at all. The reality is, most doctors and psychiatrists have never been experiencing anxiety problems themselves.
But dont get me wrong here, some of those professionals are brilliant and have cured many people. But if youve been visiting professionals who only listen to your story for five minutes then quickly hand you over a prescription, you know that youre not getting the most out of their qualifications. Joe Barry is an expert by experience.
He learned from his own disorders and cracked the code to cure anxiety and panic attacks with the technique he developed on his own. Moreover, hes committed to help his clients. He even offers one-on-one lifetime consultation for all his clients.
I hope the information I have provided is helpful. All I can say is Joe Barry has given me back my happy fun loving daughter, who doesnt sit in all the time but goes out and has fun with her friends. Her confidence is building by the day and I get smiles and laughter not tears and pain.
Good Luck, Thank You For Your Time, I Hope This Has Helped You In Someway

P.S. Wow, Special Offer!
I just checked the Panic Away website (to make sure it was still there since Im blogging about it), and I found some GREAT NEWS!! Maybe because of the recession, I dont know, but Joe Barry is offering a 50% discount for the program. I dont know when it will expire, so Click Here to go check it out now while you can get it at half price
P.P.S. Its all about the choice that we made, not the situation that we faced that led us to be who we are today. Some people let their problems control their liveswhile others control their problems and ultimately their lives. Which one are you.

Most people are used to counting calories as a way to watch their weight. Its a pretty simple idea that if we consume more than we burn than we are on our way to gaining weight. That approach can be helpful or not, depending on our discipline and the quality of the calories as well as the quantity. If you eat very few calories, but there werent any of them that didnt originate at Krispy Kream, no amount of calorie scrimping is going to help you all that much.
Something that dieters and weight watchers often fail to do is to measure and monitor their metabolism. This is the basic rate at which your body burns calories if you are just sitting there (turns out if you are sitting there watching TV, your body burns less than just sitting therego figure). You can rev the old metabolism up using stimulants, which many diets do, but you will always come down hard and gain more weight after the stimulants are done (or stay on stimulants for ever and run yourself into the ground).
The trick is to up the metabolism naturally, and there are a few surefire ways to do this. One is to gain muscle, because muscle takes more energy to maintain than fat. Then we get back to quality foodthe better supplied you are with nutrients the better and more efficiently your body will work. Getting enough sleep is also great for the metabolism. There are other ways to boost metabolism naturally, but the most important part is to be aware of it and measure it. Start there.

Bruce Springsteen and his hard-rocking, Viagra-taking, heart-stopping and history-making E Street Band. The first time Ive ever seen The Boss and his legendary band play live, and I assure you, it will by no means be the last.
After his performance the evening before, playing at Glastonbury festival, you would have thought the 59 year old would be a little less energetic, but the only complaint the crowd rereceivedrom him, was that of Somebody get me a elevator! Im nearly 60! after falling up the stairs, coming back from singing with the crowd, and by the second song, Springsteens didisagreehirt had turned black from sweat.
Opening with The Clashs London Calling, in honor of the late Joe Strummer, from the start the crowd knew the night was going to be one hell of a show, which, after a three and half hour set that left every member of the audience so moved they felt like they were the only witness of the night. A perfect setlist which included Outlaw Pete, Youngstown, quite possibly the best rendition of Jungleland and a moving version of Racing in the Street, and of course, the night ended with Dancing in the Dark, which led a crowd of more than 50000 people singing the chorus ththough outhe streets of London on their way home.
A 27 song set, a guest performance from Brian Fallon-lead singer of The Gaslight Anthem-on the 84 hit No Surrender, a powerful delivery of Hard Times Come Again No More- an S.C.Foster song written in 1854 about the American Civil War, and the infamous E Street promise of building a house of love. A small section of Londons Hyde Park has tonight been graced by a music legend, and there is no doubt that that promise was almost certainly kept.

Since we are hormone specialists, we also look at balancing hormones including testosterone, estrogen and progesterone, and Human Growth Hormone which can have a profound effect on body composition. We can use T-3 (thyroid hormone) medication to increase metabolic rate which assists in lowering weight.Lastly, we can use HcG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) injections to fool your body into thinking it is pregnant, and use the natural metabolic increase to our advantage and if we lower caloric intake to 500 calories per day significant loss of weight can be achieved. Many a movie star has used this diet program with good results. I have seen people lose 8- 15 lbs per month on these types of programs, if they are also exercising consistantly. So, diet pills can be a boost to motivation, and metabolism but it is just, and only, the start of the proccess to which only hard work, and dedication to dietary choices will keep the weight off and let wellness reside in its wake. Be careful with over-the-counter medications that promise the world, and realize that these types of products dont have to meet any potency or quality standards. A friend of mine who works with Hoodia told me that there isnt good quality Hoodia available anymore, so the products on the shelf today are basically worthless. I think your best bet is to find a good doctor who specializes in weight loss and hormone balance to work with you to find a method that works best. As a mind/body/soul doctor I have to also mention that you must not only balance your bodys hormones and calories to find health and happiness (or a size 2) but also find a balance in your spiritual, and mind as well. In actuality, your soul trumps your mind, and your mind is stronger than your body. Your body is really just a vehicle made for following, not leading. In order to find true health, put the necessary resources into your engine room- which happens to be where your soul and mind resides and dont just rely on pills, potions, or promises. Good Luck Dr.

Nearby, Bob Lovett (that's him in the hat) and Bob Thrall had staked out a prime spot, which they said would be teeming with friends and family later in the day.
Lovett isa retired firefighter. Thrall used to run the bus company that provided transportation for the Manchester schools, Both have deep local ties.
"I know about three-quarters of the people who will be here tonight," Lovett joked.
Added Thrall, "It's a great social event -- some people I see here I don't see for the rest of the year."
All of which brings us back to Candy and Ray, who were happy to tell me their story, if only because it would help permanently document what had been a surreal weekend.
Both have been laid off from jobs in the auto industry, but had the chance to make a little money by driving to Boston late last week to sell/deliver an engine part.
On the way back, though, when they were on the Mass Pike, their Acura had problems, and they were told it had to be towed to the nearest dealer, which wasSchaller in Manchester.
Trouble is, it was Friday night, and Schaller was closed until Monday.
They considered their options -- rent a car? fly home and come back? -- but decided it made more sense to hang out in the Silk City, staying in hotels and taking cabs to get around.

Hi, I am Dominic Tay and I used to work for others part-time. Chances are you have not heard of me or my story of how I make money from home before. But when you finish reading this, you'll be glad you finally did.
You see - back then, I didn't know anything about website marketing, website traffic or article marketing - I'm just a very 'average' 20-year-old employee drawing a decent income. But after a while, I found myself unhappy and unsatisfied with what I was doing. Maybe this happened to you before?
I started hopping around looking for the 'ideal' work. First attempt, salesman. Bad choice. I quit the second day after realizing the huge amount of work I had to do. (A pity I didn't know how to make money from home yet...so I continued to look for offline work) Then, I took up a data entry job. No luck. I found myself dozing off at work and walking home like a zombie.
Then I started looking for opportunities online. It wasn't easy... I had to learn everything from scratch about website marketing, how to drive website traffic (and that's when I started mastering article marketing).
Fast forward 1 year, I'm now a work from home business owner helping other online marketers increase their online profits.

The United Nations, an international organization dedicated to keeping peace among the worlds nations, was created on October 24, 1945. This month, then, would be an excellent time to focus on how to settle disagreements and learn something about the U.N. Here are a few suggestions:
1. Read this excerpt of the U.N. Charter and discuss what it means:
We the peoples of the United Nations determineto live together in peace with one another as good neighbors, to work for the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and to promote better standards of life.
2. Try making your own criss-cross puzzle from what you consider to be the most important words in the excerpt above.
3. Relate the word to the definition learned in math.
4. Research to find the member nations of the United Nations and write them down. Once they are written, put them in alphabetical order; count the syllables in the names; find them in an atlas and make note of their geographic location (which continent has the most members? the least members?); make tally marks representing each country and practice counting by 5s and 10s. Which nations were charter members? Which countries were added later? Find out more about each country by breaking your class into groups.
5. Unscramble the names of these member countries:
DESWEN, LAPNOD, GARTENANI, SUITARALA, DIANI, GEPTY, TRAGE TRABINI, NADACA, HACNI, TENUDI TASSET
Now use these letters, from the countries above, to form two words telling what the United Nations is working toward:
CROWLEAPED
6. Here are two realistic situations. Ask your children how they would solve these predicaments in order to make peace. Is there another way to achieve a win-win outcome?
A. Barbara, Cindy, and Judy have always been best friends. Lately, though, Cindy and Judy have been excluding Barbara from their playtime fun. Consequently, Barbara has decided to turn the rest of the class against them. Which way would achieve peace? Brainstorm other ideas!
a. Talk to the three girls privately to determine why Barbara is being ignored.
b. Punish all three girls by not allowing them to play.
c. Start a class discussion about what it means to be a friend.
B. William and Jose were close pals because they liked doing the same things, going to the same places, and going out with the same friends. When it was time for their first school dance, however, they both wanted to ask the same girl. Having found out that Jose had asked Maria first, William wouldnt talk to Jose at all. Which way would achieve peace? Brainstorm other ideas!
a. Suggest that neither boy take Maria to the dance.
b. Suggest that William, Jose, and Maria all go together as friends.
c. Suggest that William tell Jose how he feels and see what Jose says.
I hope these ideas are useful and inspire your own creativity.

U.S. Sen. John Cornyn drew boos from a crowd outside the Texas Capitol this afternoon as he spoke at a “tea party” rally organized by the Texas office of Americans for Prosperity. Cornyn was booed at the start and close of his remarks, which assailed actions in Washington; there were no boos while he awarded a Purple Heart to a Copperas Cove resident injured in Iraq in 2006.
“You’re the problem,” a crowd member hollered.
Another crowd member yelled that Cornyn voted for the initial federal bailout of Wall Street approved by Congress last year, the Troubled Asset Relief Program.

International Scholarships : Foothill and De Anza are two community colleges offering the first two years of a university Bachelor's degree on two campuses located in the heart of Silicon Valley. We are one system with two locations that are five minutes apart. De Anza has a total enrollment of 24,000, and Foothill has 18,000 students. Together, we enroll 2,500 international students from almost 100 countries and are very popular with students coming from Indonesia. Both of our colleges rank among the top community colleges in the U.S., and we are charter members of the prestigious League for Innovation in Community Colleges. Students study with us for two years, and then transfer into their third year at the university to complete their Bachelor's degree. Currently, 47% of all students in the United States who begin higher education do so at a community college.
There are four primary reasons so many do this. First, it costs a lot less. The annual tuition is around $5,500US per year. Second, admission is a lot more flexible. We're looking for students with at least a 61 (Next Generation) or 173 (computer-based) or 500 (paper-based) TOEFL and average or better results from secondary school. For Indonesians educated in the British system, we will accept "O" level students. Third, the class sizes are small, and are all taught by regular professors, not teaching assistants like in universities. There is considerably more individualized attention both within the classroom and through the extra support that we offer just for international students. And fourth, and most important, it's easier to get into the third year of a highly selective university than it is to get into the first year, especially if a student is transferring with good grades from a highly regarded community college like Foothill or De Anza. We are #1 in transfer to the University of California and California State University systems and will be sending 70 international students this fall to Berkeley. That's far more than any other community college! In addition, last year we sent almost 40 to UCLA, almost 20 to USC, and others to Stanford, Yale, Carnegie Mellon, Columbia, Cornell, Georgetown and Northwestern! So, Foothill or De Anza end up being a great way to complete the first two undergraduate years at less expense, and transfer to earn a Bachelor's degree from competitive American university.

WHEELING, W.Va., June 26 -- Michael Jackson's sudden death was not a total shock to the pop legend's friends and associates, who talked of his frenetic lifestyle and history of drug use.
Jackson, 50, was pronounced dead at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, after being found unconscious and without respiration at a rented home in Los Angeles.
A team of doctors including emergency physicians and cardiologists attempted to resuscitate him for a period of more than one hour, and they were unsuccessful," Jackson's brother Jermaine Jackson said during a press conference.
The true cause of Jackson's death will likely remain a mystery until the coroner's report becomes available. According to a statement from the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office, an autopsy will be performed today.
But even before officials announced Jackson's death, the conditions behind his demise suggested a sudden and severe heart emergency.
Douglas Zipes, MD, of the Krannert Institute of Cardiology at Indiana University in Indianapolis, told MedPage Today that cardiac arrest was "the first thing that came to my mind" after hearing of the singer's sudden death.
Dr. Zipes, a past president of the American College of Cardiology and a well-known expert on sudden cardiac death, noted that 30% to 50% of such events occur in people with no preceding history.
"That can be the first manifestation of disease," he said.
Stress is a well-known contributor to sudden cardiac death, Dr. Zipes said, and Jackson appeared to have a lot of it.
"This is a man under extreme stress for several years," he said, noting reports that Jackson was deeply in debt and was embarking on a grueling concert series after not performing in several years.
But, he pointed out, "one man's stress is another man's hobby. He might eat it up."
Jackson had been preparing for 50 sold-out concerts at London's O2 Arena, slated to begin on July 13. It was an endeavor that sources close to Jackson said had put the pop legend under an incredible amount of stress.
Those close to Jackson describe a hectic lifestyle.
"I think it was his lifestyle in general," said Stacy Brown, co-author of "Michael Jackson: Behind the Mask" and a family friend. "He had a lot of medical issues. Most of it was brought on by himself."
Kevin McLin, a friend of the family and Jackson's former publicist, agreed that the stress that Jackson put on himself lately led to burnout, which could have contributed to his demise.
But Brown described another factor that may have contributed to Jackson's failing health.
"I think we will find that drugs played a major role, prescription and otherwise," Brown said. "From what I understand, there was even some heroin use. There was a lot of morphine. A lot of different drugs."
British newspapers including The Sun and the Times of London, citing an anonymous hospital worker and another source, have reported that Jackson received an injection of meperidine (Demerol) shortly before collapsing in his home.
Dr. Zipes said the meperidine injection, if that really happened, was unlikely to have been the sole cause of Jackson's death.
"If you're dehydrated, the Demerol can cause vasodilation and drop your blood pressure," he said. An overdose, allergic reaction, or interaction with other medications were also possibilities.
Jackson himself had admitted to a painkiller addiction in 1993. He claimed that his addiction stemmed from an injury he sustained in 1984, when a special effects explosion during the filming for a Pepsi commercial badly burned his head.
He also claimed that the mental stress of child-molestation allegations fueled his need for medication.
Jackson also reportedly suffered from back pain -- a condition that took the spotlight during his much-publicized trial in 2005 for allegedly molesting a young boy. Jackson failed to show up for a court appointment, ostensibly because his back pain became so severe that he had to go to the hospital instead.
Jackson's health appeared to be worsening in recent years. In 2005, McLin said, Jackson was hospitalized due to "dehydration with the flu."
Recent pictures had shown him being pushed in a wheelchair, appearing frail and gaunt and wearing a facemask while being helped across the street. In December, there were reports that Jackson was on his deathbed, suffering from a rare lung condition, which his publicist denied.
The chief suspected cause of Jackson's death continues to be cardiac arrest, but, said Dr. Zipes, the reported circumstances were entirely consistent with cardiac arrest.
"I don't think we have a lot to go on," he said, adding that the autopsy and toxicology reports will give a better picture of Jackson's final hours.
The preliminary autopsy report should be available today, but toxicology reports could take weeks.
